Details are sketchy, but Kansas City police report being called to an apartment building after a neighbour saw a large amount of blood seeping out from under a door.
Firefighters had to break a window to get in the apartment because a body was blocking the door.
Inside police found the 500 pound body of local rap star Christopher Riley. Without saying how Riley was killed, police ruled his death a homicide.
Riley performed under the name "747," a reference to the large passenger airplane manufactured by Boeing.
Riley died February 7th, 2006 at the age of 26. Homicide.
