A woman has been charged with murder in connection with a home that has seen the death of two brothers eighteen months apart.

Officers responded to a "trouble not known" call at about 11:38 p.m. June 13th, 2010 and discovered a man's body inside a home at 12245 93 Street.
Paramedics declared the man dead at the scene and homicide detectives were called to investigate.
Four people were taken to police headquarters downtown for questioning, according to Insp. Howie McCann. Police later revised that statement, saying only a single person was taken into custody, and that the others had come in voluntarily.
Investigators did not elaborate on the circumstances surrounding the discovery, first only terming the death as suspicious.

Police waited for autopsy results before deeming the death of 44-year-old Rodney Stan Petryk a homicide. Petryk died of a stab wound to the chest.
Loralyn Thom, 43, was charged with second-degree murder.
"From our understanding, the accused and the victim have known each other for years but they have been in a living together in a common-law relationship for the past three months," homicide detective Dan Jones told media.
"We're considering this a spousal violence type event," he said.
Thom was set to make her first court appearance on June 16th, 2010.

A published obituary revealed that Rodney was a well-recognised ski instructor. A memorial service was to be held on June 22nd, 2010 at the Steele Heights Baptist Church.
