Lawrence Herzog has been writing about local history and heritage for more than 25 years.
In addition to authoring two Edmonton community history books, his heritage columns appeared in Real Estate Weekly magazine since 1988 and appeared online from 2002 to May 2011.
Beginning in June 2011, his work continued at the Edmonton Heritage Council website.
The Last Link on the Left has taken it upon itself to provide Edmonton online history buffs with a subject guide to the vast resources of Herzog's columns, both past and present.
While Real Estate Weekly is to be commended for continuing to host Herzog's past articles, their site is neither indexed or searchable.
What follows is a guide to all of Herzog's online columns. Also included on these pages are selected articles by Real Estate Weekly columnist Heather Andrews Miller.
